As several of our service providers (including Zoom, Otter, Google, Stripe and GoHighLevel) are based outside the European Economic Area, your personal data may be transferred internationally in connection with the services listed above. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses or other measures recognised under GDPR.
No data transmission over the internet or electronic storage system can be guaranteed as completely secure. While every reasonable effort is made to protect your information, the Company cannot guarantee absolute security. Client records are generally retained for a minimum of seven years in accordance with Estonian statutory accounting and tax record-keeping obligations, or longer where required by law.
